Exclusive Semileptonic Rare Decays B → (K,K∗)l+l− in Supersymmetric Theories

چکیده
The invariant mass spectrum, forward-backward asymmetry, and lepton longitude polarization of the exclusive processes B → K(K)ll, l = μ, τ are analyzed under supersymmetric context. Special attention is given to the effects of neutral Higgs bosons. Our analysis shows that for the process B → Kμμ, the branching ratio can be quite largely modified by the effects neutral Higgs bosons and the forward-backward asymmetry would not vanish. For the process B → Kμμ, the lepton transverse polarization is quite sensitive to the effects of NHBs, while the invariant mass spectrum, forward-backward asymmetry, and lepton longitude polarization are not. For both B → Kττ and B → Kττ, the effects of NHBs are quite significant. The partial decay widths of these processes are also analyzed, and our analysis manifest that even taking into account the theoretical uncertainties in calculating weak form factors, the effects of NHBs could make SUSY shown up. Improved Model-Independent Analysis of Semileptonic and Radiative Rare B Decays
We update the branching ratios for the inclusive decays B → Xsll and the exclusive decays B → (K,K∗)l+l−, with l = e, μ, in the standard model by including the explicit O(αs) and ΛQCD/mb corrections. This framework is used in conjunction with the current measurements of the branching ratios for B → Xsγ and B → Kl+l− decays and upper limits on the branching ratios for the decays B → (K,Xs)ll to ...
متن کاملSupersymmetric effects in rare semileptonic decays of B and K mesons
Rare flavour-changing neutral-current transitions of the type s → d ll(νν̄) and b → s ll(νν̄) are analysed in supersymmetric extensions of the Standard Model with generic flavour couplings. It is shown that these processes are particularly sensitive to the left–right mixing of the squarks and that, in the presence of non-universal A terms, they could lead to unambiguous signatures of new physics ...
متن کاملNnlo Analysis of Semileptonic Rare B Decays
We update the standard model predictions for the branching ratios of the decays B → (K,K∗,Xs) l l, with l = e, μ. Using the measurements of B(B → Xsγ) and B(B → Kll) as well as the upper limits on B(B → (K∗,Xs)l l), we work out model independent bounds on the relevant Wilson coefficients. We show the impact of such bounds on the parameter space of the MSSM with minimal flavour violation and of ...
متن کاملFlavour-Conserving CP Phases in Supersymmetry and Implications for Exclusive B Decays
We study rare exclusive B decays based on the quark-level transition b → s(d) l+l−, where l = e or μ, in the context of supersymmetric theories with minimal flavour violation. We present analytic expressions for various mixing matrices in the presence of new CP-violating phases, and examine their impact on observables involving B and B̄ decays. An estimate is obtained for CPviolating asymmetries...
متن کامل0 ( 1430 ) l + l − decays in the Supersymmetric Models
In this paper, we compare the branching ratio and rate difference of electron channel to muon channel of B → K 0 (1430)l+l− and B → K∗l+l−decays, where K 0 (1430) is the p–wave scalar meson, in the supersymmetric models. MSSM with R parity is considered since considerable deviation from the standard model predictions can be obtained in B → Xsll. Taking CQ1 and CQ2 about one which is consistent ...
